Banjo has improved

No Dan tonight, but Art and Vicki came over with Winrod. They don't feel comfortable taking him on a trail yet, so we just rode in the arena. I rode Banjo for the first time since he got back from training, having had to wait until his hooves grew back.

Banjo is so much better! He stands for mounting well. In the past, he would run for a long time before settling down to a walk. Now, he starts with a fast walk, but will easily settle down to a slow walk. He stops well. He still wants to circle and circle when you flex the neck.

We want to get consecutive days going so want to continue tomorrow and Saturday.
